Privacy Policy
Short version
- We collect what you type in the application form: your name, work email, company, role, and, if you want, what slows testing down on your team and which tracker you use.
- We use it only to review your application, reply, and invite you to try TouchrockAI when we open it to real teams, including if you’re on the waitlist.
- No cookies, no analytics, no ads, no tracking across sites.
- We don’t sell it, we don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t use it to train AI.
- Ask us to see, fix, or delete it any time: touchrockai@gmail.com.
Who we are
TouchrockAI is a brand of Merex Tech LLC, a Florida company (“we,” “us”). It is being built by Franco Colombo, from Argentina. We are responsible for the personal information described here.
Contact: touchrockai@gmail.com. Postal address: 703 Waterford Way, Suite 805, Miami, FL 33126, United States.
What we collect
What you type in the form: name, work email, company, role, and an optional answer in your own words. Name, email, company, and role are required: without them we can’t reply or tell whether TouchrockAI fits your team. If you leave a required field out, the form won’t send.
Please don’t put sensitive information in the form (health, finances, government ID, or anything about people other than you and your team).
When you send the form, your answers reach us by email; the website doesn’t keep its own copy. If you apply by email instead, we receive what you write in that email.
Cookies, analytics and Do Not Track
This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from other websites: no analytics, no ads, no social media widgets, no tracking pixels. Fonts and images are served from our own site. Because there is no tracking, there is nothing for a browser “Do Not Track” signal or Global Privacy Control to switch off; if we ever add tracking, we will honor those signals and update this policy first.
How we use it
To review your application, reply to you, and invite you to try TouchrockAI when we open it to real teams, including if you’re on the waitlist. We don’t sell or rent your information, we don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t add you to a newsletter unless you ask. We don’t paste your application into AI tools, and we never use it to train AI models.
Who receives it
Our email provider (Google LLC, United States, through Gmail) carries your application and our replies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc., United States) serves the website and delivers the form to our inbox. Like any web host, it also handles technical data such as your IP address to serve and protect the site, and it may keep delivery records of the form email. Our lawyer or accountant, only if needed and under confidentiality. Authorities, only if the law requires it.
The information is held by these providers, which are based in the United States, and read by Franco Colombo, who works from Argentina. We don’t choose which country they keep it in. Argentina’s data protection authority does not list the United States as a country with adequate protection. That is why the form asks for your consent to this storage before you send it.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep your application while the founding member program is open and you are in contact with us. After that we delete it, or sooner if you ask.
You can ask us, at no cost, to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to touchrockai@gmail.com. We answer within the time limits set by Argentine data protection law, wherever you live. You can also withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the same address; we then delete your application.
Security
Within TouchrockAI, only Franco Colombo reads the applications. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will tell you without undue delay.
Argentine data protection law
Because we handle this information from Argentina, we give you the rights and notices of Argentine Law 25,326 on personal data protection. Argentine rules ask us to include this notice, in Spanish:
“LA AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA, en su carácter de Órgano de Control de la Ley N° 25.326, tiene la atribución de atender las denuncias y reclamos que interpongan quienes resulten afectados en sus derechos por incumplimiento de las normas vigentes en materia de protección de datos personales”.
In English: Argentina’s Agency for Access to Public Information, as the authority that enforces this law, handles complaints from anyone whose personal data rights were not respected.
Business use only
This website is for businesses. It is not meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we post the new version here. If a change affects how we use information we already hold, we email the people it affects before it applies.
